Corporate language training

Corporate language training for multilingual teams

Corporate language training is workplace-specific language instruction bought by an employer rather than an individual. Conversaflex delivers it as spoken practice: every employee gets an AI conversation partner that rehearses the exchanges their own role requires, at their own CEFR level, with pronunciation feedback on what they actually said and a participation record their HR team can report on.

How it differs from classroom training

Instructor-led programs are limited by the calendar and by the pace of the room. Conversaflex is available 24/7 with no scheduling, adapts to each learner independently, and covers CEFR A1 through C2 in French, English and Spanish. Organizations from one employee to 50,000+ run on the same platform.

What corporate language training has to deliver

Three things decide whether a program works, and none of them is contact hours. Employees have to practise the situations they actually face; they have to practise often enough for it to stick; and the organization has to be able to show that it happened.

  • Role-specific scenarios rather than general curriculum — client calls, standups, safety briefings, performance reviews
  • Practice that fits a working day, in ten to twenty minute sessions rather than weekly blocks
  • An individual starting level per employee, set by a CEFR placement test rather than a cohort average
  • A participation record HR can report against, for internal reviews or external requirements

Practical language training that pays off at work

Hyperpersonalized French↔English learning that supports growth, retention, and workplace language requirements.

How Conversaflex works

Employees speak with Madame AI, a conversational AI built for the workplace. It listens, corrects pronunciation in real time with audio analysis, gives grammar and vocabulary feedback during the conversation, and raises difficulty as the learner improves. Content is generated for the learner's industry and role, and coaching adapts to their mother tongue across nine supported languages.

  • Placement testing to establish each employee's CEFR level from A1 to C2
  • Personal learning paths built from role, industry, level and native language
  • Pronunciation analysis on each spoken turn, not just at the end of a lesson
  • A Custom AI Agent option trained on your own business data for domain vocabulary
  • One dashboard for practice days, hours and conversation counts per employee

Frequently asked questions

What is corporate language training?

Corporate language training is workplace language instruction paid for by an employer rather than an individual learner. Unlike consumer language courses it targets the specific exchanges a role requires — client calls, team meetings, written updates, safety briefings — and it reports participation back to the organization that funded it.

How is AI language training different from classroom classes?

Instructor-led classes are limited by scheduling and by the pace of the group, which means the least confident speakers get the least speaking time. AI-led practice removes both limits: it is available 24/7 with no scheduling, every employee progresses at their own CEFR level, and speaking time is unlimited because there is no room to share.

Does it replace our language teachers?

No. It replaces the practice hours teachers do not have time to supervise. Organizations that keep instructor-led sessions use Conversaflex between them, and the sessions improve because every participant arrives having already spoken that week.

Which languages and levels are covered?

French, English and Spanish, across CEFR levels A1 through C2. Coaching adapts to the learner's mother tongue across nine supported languages, which matters most at the lower levels where explanation in a first language shortens the path.

How long does it take to roll out?

A pilot team can be practising the same week. There is no curriculum to build and no timetable to coordinate: employees are invited by email and take a CEFR placement test on first sign-in, which sets their starting level automatically.

How do we measure whether it is working?

The dashboard reports practice days, practice hours, conversations completed and pronunciation sessions per employee, and sends weekly summaries to administrators. Where a program has to be evidenced to someone outside the team, that participation record is usually what is being asked for.

Can it use our own terminology?

Yes. A Custom AI Agent can be trained on your own business data so scenarios use your product names, processes and internal vocabulary rather than generic workplace language.

What does corporate language training cost?

Pricing depends on how many employees are enrolled and which languages they need. Because sessions are AI-led rather than instructor-led, cost does not scale with contact hours the way classroom or private-tutoring programs do. We publish a cost comparison of tutoring, instructor-led groups, traditional courses and app-based options, and we will quote against your headcount directly.
